Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to share some encouraging news regarding our students' academic progress and to celebrate a significant improvement in their overall performance.
Over the past few months, we have been closely monitoring the academic achievements of our students, and I am pleased to inform you that there has been a remarkable positive shift. In particular, the failure rate among our students has decreased significantly from 25% to an impressive 3.9%.
This improvement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of both our students and our committed teaching staff. The collaboration between educators and students has been crucial in fostering an environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
We recognize that each student has unique strengths and challenges, and we are committed to providing the necessary support to ensure their success. Our teachers have been implementing various strategies to engage students, address individual learning needs, and create a positive learning experience. Our teachers have also utilized our in-school tutor, Mr. Markham. He provides a quiet space for students to catch up on absent work, take a test, or complete classwork in small groups. He reads tests to students and helps with daily assignments.
As parents and guardians, your support at home is invaluable in reinforcing the importance of education. We encourage you to continue engaging with your child about their studies, offering guidance, and celebrating their achievements, no matter how small. I also highly encourage you and your student to take advantage of our after-school tutoring with Ms. Bullis. She is available to help with all subjects EVERY Tuesday and Thursday from 3-4.
Additionally, if you have any concerns or questions about your child's academic progress, please do not hesitate to reach out to their teachers or the school administration. We are here to collaborate with you to ensure the success and well-being of every student.
